PREPARING TO MEET THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS
OF SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN
This edition of the Frank E. Bolden scholarship Fund Newsletter explores how communities, families and professionals are preparing to meet the educational needs of special needs children and the critical importance of access for people with hearing loss. It further pays tribute to the rich legacy of Mr. Bolden, briefly introduces the Bolden scholars, past and present, and provides a few early/special education resources in the era of COVID-19. Enjoy!
The Frank E. Bolden Scholarship Fund was established in 1998 to provide scholarships for students who are pursuing a teaching career in Early Childhood Education or Special Education in accredited education programs in Western Pennsylvania.
