Lifestyles with Debbie Norrell | Are You Waiting For Your Package?

For over 30 years I have worked in the financial services industry. I’ll bet some of you didn’t know that. I have worked in customer service, client support and fraud training. I have learned a lot about internet fraud in the process. So you would think I would know better but I too was blinded by the pretty pictures, the videos and the promise of a solution to my current situation. For the first time in my lifetime I cannot get my hair or nails done and right now I feel like I look like Don King “about the head.” My nails are like paper. I have been looking for quick solutions for nail repair and have purchased several wigs. None of the wigs have arrived. Fortunately I do know how to file a dispute and have done so in several cases. In one case I forgot to read the reviews. After reading the reviews I found that no one was receiving their orders. These fake companies count on the customer taking a loss and not complaining. I’m not going down like that. If you have ordered something and you have not received a tracking number or there is no way for you to contact the company perhaps you should file a dispute. Especially if your account has been charged. If I had been a little patient all of this could have been avoided. Several stores have reopened including a few wigs stores and Sally’s Beauty Supply. I bought an electric hot comb and some nail hardener. I tried to buy the hot comb on line but they were sold out. These companies know that we are desperate to look nice even though we have nowhere to go. Beware.
