Viva Las Vegas by Debbie Norrell

Have you ever heard anyone say, “I don’t go to Las Vegas because I don’t gamble.” I have heard that a lot when I tell people how much I enjoy this popular vacation spot. I have been to Las Vegas 8 times and as I am leaving, I am planning my next trip back. It is an amazing city with lots to see and lots to do and gambling is your choice, you do not have to gamble. On my last trip I went to the Mob Museum. The official name is the National Museum of Organized Crime & Law Enforcement. This is a very interesting place. I booked the crime lab experience and the Distillery tour and tasting. I was able to solve a crime and taste 100 percent proof moonshine that they made right there in the basement of the museum. I learned so much about organized crime. I highly recommend it, the museum not the crime. I bought my tickets before I went, and I recommend that you do the same. My other planned experience in Vegas was the Michael Jackson One show by Cirque du Soleil. This show has been going on for 10 years. If you are a fan of Cirque du Soleil, you know that you are in for an amazing show. This show is not to be confused with Michael Jackson tribute shows that may be coming to your city. If you are going to Las Vegas, I recommend that you make some of your plans ahead of time and purchase your tickets online. Know what you want to do before you get there. Set aside a gambling budget that allows you to enjoy gambling but don’t lose your shirt. The shopping in Las Vegas is fantastic and there are a lot of high-end shops. There are lots of free attractions and walking through the hotels is the best. Go at least once in your life and enjoy.
