You know that phrase “making a list and checking it twice” I find out that I always get things finished when I make a list. This coming year the list is going to be long. I need to clean out closets, drawers, cabinets and the garage. Fortunately, I can still park my car in my garage. I will never let it get that bad. I think I have finally come to the realization that I can use help around the house. Yes, I’m admitting it, as I move into my senior years, I find that I can not run a business and do housework as well. I can’t believe I’m saying the words “running a business.” I have been doing live sales on Facebook for a little over a year and it has been quite successful. When I retired this was not on my radar but funny how things can change. I’m also making a list of the things that I am grateful for and good health tops that list. I want my senior years to be full of activity and if you are sick or incapacitated you can’t have fun. My list of places that I want to visit is still pretty long and I want to see these places in person instead of virtual. I don’t have a big Christmas list as far as what I want, just a few gift cards will do it for me. I’m grateful for a nice life and a few good friends. If I haven’t said it before I’m grateful for Soul Pitt Media, Donna Baxter Porcher and Craig Dawson are great people to work for and I am very happy to bea part of the Soul Pitt Media family. Merry Christmas and happy holiday to all and thank you for reading.
