Join us on Thursday, March 26 from 2:30–3:30 PM at the Vintage Center for Active Adults for a free presentation on “The Hidden Power of Exercise for Your Brain Health.” Dr. Marissa Cognati from the University of Pittsburgh will share how exercise can support brain health and healthy aging, along with practical tips based on current research. Guests are encouraged to arrive at 2:15 PM to participate in a brief exercise demonstration.
