What's a Soul Bag?
Since 2007, The Soul Pitt has started something called "The Soul Bag"
It has been a big hit at festivals and events. Folks that stop by the Soul Pitt booth or come to our events are given a "Soul Bag" full of information provided by Soul Pitt Advertisers, Businesses and other Organizations.
We encourage all to support these businesses in the bag!

Marketing opportunity!
We plan to give out "Soul bags" to put your product in, along with other products and information from other Soulful Pittsburgh businesses, entrepreneurs, music groups, artists -- you name it!
SAMPLE ITEMS THAT CAN GO IN THE BAG:

You can put flyers in about your product or service. You could even put your ad (2 on 1 page) on 50 photocopies & cut in half.

Local Magazines and newspapers can place sample issues in our bags.

Musicians can put demo CD'S in our bags.

Product samples, coupons, business cards, pencils, buttons, stickers, inserts, favors and anything that will fit into the bag and represent your business, service or company!
What if I don't have enough to put in the bag?
If you don't have enough pieces or flyers to put in the bag -- that's OK too - bring what you have! Getting even 50 pieces of your promotional material out to people can be worth it if it brings you new business.
Ok, here's the 2 things you need to do
to get in the Soul Bag:

and give you some ideas of what you could put in the bag. If you just have the regular cards, flyers, pens, etc. You can skip this step :)
TAKE IT TO OUR DROP OFF LOCATION:

along with $10 Cash in a sealed envelope)
Mail Center Hours:
9am to 6pm on Mon - Thurs
9am to 5pm on Friday
9am to 1pm on Saturday
This is the mail center next to Subway in the East Liberty Plaza where Staples & McDonald's are located. Bring your items to be put in the bag and cash in the amount of $10 to cover this marketing opportunity and give the bag stuffers something to eat!
