Internationally renowned master scientist Grand Hank has reached another milestone as his universe continues to expand at an accelerated pace. The master scientist has inked a deal with Congresso De Latinos Unidos, Inc. to bring his high-octane STEM presentation to the Latino students across its 5 Out-Of-School Time sites in Philadelphia. Congreso is a nationally recognized multi-service organization. Congreso’s goal is to alleviate poverty and promote economic self-sufficiency to ensure that our most vulnerable populations have the educational credentials and workforce skills to compete in a global economy.
\nMinerva E. Perez,?Out-Of-School Time Manager at Congreso discusses the excitement about bringing Grand Hank\u2019s live STEM presentation to the students, \u201cThe Congreso Out-Of-School Time program is invested in exposing our students to STEM.\u00a0 This coming semester we are excited to partner with Grand Hank in providing a rich and exciting experience to our students. The students will be allowed to explore and engage in STEM in hopes to foster interests for higher education and different career opportunities.\u201d<\/p>\n

Grand Hank will visit the five Congreso Out-Of-School Time sites: Luis Munoz-Marin, Julia De Burgos, Roberto Clemente, Isaac Sheppard, and Pan American Academy Charter School. “The presentations have a dual purpose, to expose students to the power of STEM in ways that are exciting, entertaining, and fun, while helping students develop interest in STEM as a career option.” mentions Master Scientist – Grand Hank.<\/p>\n
