The COO aligns operations with strategic goals for membership growth and retention, volunteer support, and\u00a0girl-focused programming.\u00a0 The successful candidate will be able to respond quickly and positively to changes in trends and objectives as we strive to keep pace with the needs and interests of\u00a0girls.<\/p>\n<p>The COO is an integral member of the Executive Team and partners with the CEO on the strategic planning process and overall organizational growth and strategy.
