UPMC Cancer Centers in conjunction with African American
Cancer Care Partnership is sponsoring monthly, early detection
And cancer prevention clinics.
These exams can detect cancer at early stages when
treatment is more likely to successful.
Regularly scheduled examinations, provided free of charge by a certified registered nurse Practitioner, include:
Breast, cervical, colorectal, oral, prostate, skin/melanoma
Information about cancer prevention and self-
Examination will be available at each clinic.
The nurse practitioner will also be available to
answer your questions about cancer.
Regular screenings are held at:
Alma Illery Medical Center
7227 Hamilton Ave
Homewood – Brushton
The first Thursday of each month
Noon to 3pm
Hillman Cancer Center
5115 Centre Ave Shadyside
First and third Monday of each month
9am to 3pm
Screenings can also be scheduled at other times
