 RETURN TO LIST

…God to allow His Holy Spirit to become one with me so I could honor Him at the highest level of service.

For you have been chosen for a reason and I your God do not make mistakes…

SP Bonita: After you heard the voice of God, how did you set aside your fears, worries of every day life, to listen to His words and follow?

Eddie Speaks: 1. (a). I listened by allowing my spirit to become sensitive to the will of God. 1. (b). When you are in the presence of God it is not possible to experience fear, at least not the worldly fear that we are accustomed to.  1. (c). It was easy to follow the word and will of God; I just expressed my faith in the deepest sense possible. God is a permanently inviting God and equally giving of His love.

SP Bonita: You state that on earth there is a war going on, a war for our souls. Your book “the interview” did you write this in hopes of saving those souls? Or as guide to living righteous?

Eddie: I wrote the book for both those reasons and more. This is the time for all of God’s children to recognize the fact that time running out. I am trying to tap into every spiritual property available to me and share them with everyone I encounter.

SP Bonita: How did you come up with the format of your book, an interview conducted by God with a man?

Eddie: I didn’t, God did. Everything that has to do with this book was laid out by the omnipotent power and purpose of God.

SP Bonita: How is the literary scene in Atlanta, GA?

Eddie: It is huge and continuous. But I fear that when something as personal as feelings and experiences being written on paper for a great cause becomes part of the commercial market place, it takes away from the spiritual validity of what one is trying to say. Simply because the attention is focused more-so on the artist instead of the art. Just as in the case of spiritual leaders. We sometimes become more infatuated with the messenger than we do the message.

SP Bonita: Are you working on a new book?

Eddie: Yes, it is entitled “The fathers of the Nephilim. It will be released in September 2006.

SP Bonita: How did your book signing in Pittsburgh turn out on Saturday, April 29th.  What do you enjoy most about book signings?

Eddie: 1(a). The Signing was wonderful. There were so many people that came out in support of the ministry that I am doing. 1(b). I enjoy meeting and greeting the many wonderful people that have such an unceasing appetite for the word of God.

SP Bonita: Are you a self-published author? If so, how did you find the experience of publishing your own book?

Eddie: 1(a).It started out that way, but as my book started to do well I was offered a contractual deal that gave me chance to weigh my options.  1(b). I will say that in relation to today’s market, it is infinitely better to publish your own book if you can afford the costs. This gives you more control over your work, and the financial proceeds are at a greater return. In my area of business, being spiritual, although you want to reach souls beyond anything else, making money from your efforts sometimes becomes exceedingly necessary to further your ministry.

SP Bonita: What would you like the readers of “The Interview” to come away with?

Eddie: That God loves them and that he has left His word and His comforter here for them in times of trouble. That they need nothing more than God to make it through these troubled times in which we live.

SP Bonita: What words of inspiration do you have for upcoming writers?

Eddie: Believe in yourself. Don’t be deterred from that which you know is right by those whose plan it is to steal your joy and confidence. Never believe that anything is too impossible for God. Stay connected and focused on God and all else will perfectly fall into place.
