 Holiday Message from Bonita

The Writers Block’s 2010 Mission: to develop an ongoing interaction with the writing sector; offering networking tools to our readers and assisting them in utilizing these tools in their development as writers, and in the promotion and marketing of their books; to organize and support events that showcase their literary works, whether it be in traditional books, eBooks, Podcasts, Blogs, YouTube Telecasts or other venues.
The Soul Pitt is Pittsburgh’s regional community eNewsletter representing everyone and it is our goal to break through the invisible but strong territorial lines that divides and isolates our creative communities and bring them together as One Strong Voice. In 2010 we are extending an invitation to everyone who enjoys writing on any level to actively connect and network with others through The Soul Pitt by taking an active role in the success of our eNewsletter by participating:
– If you have read a book you’d like to share with our readers in a book review format;
– If you write poems, prose, short stories, or would like to share an excerpt from a soon to be released or released book;
– If you would like to share your writings with our readers with a 3-minute audio reading or video;
– If you like to express in words topics dealing with local or national importance, entertainment, sports, or community news;
– Send all articles and/or requests to Bonita at writers@thesoulpitt.com
– If you know of a person or organization in your community who deserves is worthy of being profiled in our Monthly SP Profile, forward their name and contact information to writers@thesoulpitt.com.
In 2010 let’s celebrate and share with everyone what is going on in our communities.
