Eddie Speaks

The Interview

If you were a reporter and you had the opportunity to interview anyone, living or dead, with whom would you choose to speak?  Would it be Abraham Lincoln?  Martin Luther King?  Marcus Garvey? John F. Kennedy?  And if you could sit down with anyone of these people, what questions would you ask?  What insights would you seek to gain?

Author Eddie Speaks took those questions and his extensive knowledge of Biblical prophecy and decided he would conduct a conversation with two figures who are perhaps most important in the lives of millions:  Jesus and Satan.

Speaks’s new novel The Interview presents us with a conversation with the personifications of Good and Evil as they deal with the fundamental questions of our human existence.  Why is there so much suffering and sickness in the world?  Why, when we appeal to God, do our prayers seem to often go unanswered?  Why, if we seek to do good in the world, is Satan so powerful?  What is God’s desire for us?  What are Satan’s ambitions?

As he explains his own personal spiritual relationship with God, Speaks offers all of us, regardless of our religious beliefs, a view of Jesus and Satan that is rarely explored.

In these times which are so difficult and so challenging for so many people, The Interview offers answers, hope and comfort.  For readers who are well-versed in biblical knowledge, The Interview covers familiar territory, but from an unfamiliar perspective.  And for readers whose knowledge of the Bible is limited, Speaks provides an exciting new way to uncover the Book’s secrets.
