I too, lost 2 children, one to gun violence and another to a fentanyl overdose. Families left behind are finding it hard to cope, and my prayer is to lift the load, if only for a moment. Monique Kinsel shared her story of her beloved son Jamair Andrew Coachman and delivered a beautiful message! Please consider subscribing to my free blog for more encouraging stories about how I am coping with being left behind as well.

gonenotforgotten24com.wordpress.com #Thoseleftbehind

In Memory of Jamair Coachman

I never thought I would be faced with the shock and undeniable truth of my son’s death. Jamair Andrew Coachman was 17 years old going on 18. On November 22, my son was a victim of gun violence. As a result of the gunshot wound, Jamair became a recipient of a 6-organ transplant.

Jamair fought for 134 days in the ICU until God called him home on April 4, 2024. Jamair was survived by 2 older brothers. Jamair had an infectious smile that always melted our hearts.

Losing Jamair has been the worst heartbreak my Family and I had to endure but having him in our lives was the greatest joy. My way of coping is through prayer, counseling and doing things my son loved through his life journey on earth.

In honor of Jamair and to keep his memory alive, I would like to donate a Thanksgiving meal to a family who has lost a child and does not have the means to buy a holiday meal. Jamair loved the holidays, especially Thanksgiving, and I would love to help put a smile on a family’s face in a time of need.
