Most people take the food home or back to the office. The fried chicken is some of the best around, seasoned heavily with salt and pepper, served either straight or covered in homemade gravy. Salmon croquettes are also very good, large and filling. Collard greens in a tangy vinegar sauce lead the sides, as well as Hop 'n' John (black-eyed peas and rice). Mac and cheese is another good choice, and don't leave without a piece of the homemade peach cobbler.
