Before Yolanda Adams performed, Bev Smith spoke to the crowd at the Women’s Walk for Peace on Saturday Oct 3, 2009. Bev told the crowd of Pittsburghers that we are too silent as a Black community and how our Women need to get it together and how we need to start supporting Black businesses. Of course she broke it down to the crowd the way Bev Smith knows how to do!
