Soul Pitt Media reporter Dalisha Small caught up with celebrity chef, Elise Wims aka The Diva Chef at Giant Eagle Market District in Pine Township for a cooking demo. SP spoke with The Diva Chef about her upcoming projects, new line of chef uniforms, what it was like to be on the reality cooking show Hell’s Kitchen and advice she had for those aspiring to become chefs. It was a full house and The Diva Chef not only cooked, but entertained us with Hell’s Kitchen stories. When she completed her Shrimp Pizza dish, everyone was able to sample a piece. The crowd lined up in the end to get the autograph of Pittsburgh’s newest and most fashionable celebrity. Her line of chef uniforms are sure to be a national hit as this was the hot topic for the ladies. We’d like to thank Jackie Dixon and Giant Eagle for inviting us out to meet with The Diva Chef.
