    I am a general contractor looking to get construction quotes from certified mbe contractors. We are currently bidding a project for HACP, Caliguri Plaza,A 12 story High-Rise Apt. building. The following is a list of items for bid. The project bids on 8-11-15:

    Painting, Metal Panels,EPDM Roofing,marble sills,Masonry Restoration.
