If you want two for one shots then this is the place to go. Cheap, but strong drinks. This bar atmosphere stays packed with due to the amount of liquor you will receive for the price of one drink. This is mostly an all African-American crowd. However during "happy hour" you may encounter several Port Authority workers whom also frequently visit this bar on weekdays. This place is not very big, however folks don't mind being crammed in there for those double shot for the price of a single shot drinks. This bar also has a kitchen and an on-staff cook. Tight security and I.D required at the door.
CJ's in the Strip

Jazz club for the 25 and up. Proper Dress code and I.D required every day. Dress code strictly enforced. Come enjoy the karaoke each and every Tuesday.
Full course meals served daily. Mostly an African-American crowd with some exception for Jazz lovers of all ethnic groups. They are located across the street from Art's with plenty lighting in the parking lot. Very roomy, beautiful decor and very relaxed and mature atmosphere. If you are looking to be around a older and classier crowd, this is your place.

The "New & Improved" Phase III Lounge has a nice "happy hour" environment. They have drafts specials and several choices of specialty mixed drinks including margaritas and martini specials. They also have a dartboard and just recently put in a pool table for extended entertainment. This is also a mostly African American environment with the exception of some old timers that just enjoy a classier environment.

This establishment is for "members only". You can purchase a membership for just $10. This establishment has several pool tables and games however you do have to be 30 or over to get in. They have a buzzer at the door to make sure they monitor the patrons. They also have a kitchen area open until 3:30am. There is another side of this bar and it is the 30/30 Social Club side which features a dance floor, large dinning area and a bar. This side is open from 12am to 4:30am Sunday to Thursday.

This establishment usually carries a crowd over 35. From Monday thru Friday they have happy hour from 5pm to 7pm. They do have a kitchen and a dinning area. They also have a private dinning area that you can reserve. Every Wednesday is ladies night in which all ladies receive a free gift and every Thursday is gentlmen's night in which all the gentlemen receive free gifts all night as well. This is a relaxed atmosphere with a jukebox that bangs all the oldies you love.

This establishment caters to a younger crowd after 9pm. Age group under 35. Happy hour is from 5pm - 7pm. Tuesdays is their most popular night which is "$2 Tuesdays". They also have a dart machine, kitchen, lounge area and second bar located in the rear of the establishment. They have several televisions for all you sports fans.
DJ'S
This establishment is for the mature and older crowd. This bar used to be a whole in the wall located just steps away from 7101. In fact the same owner of 7101 is the owner of DJ's. He wanted a more laid back environment for his mother and her associates. This bar is completely remodeled and has a huge flat screen t.v. for sports and entertainment. This bar was previously called Mason's located across the street from the old Mr. Tommy's Car Wash.

This bar has a mixed crowd as far as age goes. However they do have a popular pool table area. Happy Hour is from 5-7pm. Wednesday's is "Over The Hump Day" with DJ Sly Jock taking you all the way back with the oldies.

This establishment is an after hour club. It is only open from Thursday - Sunday. Doors open at 12am and the partying last until 4:00am. There are two floors to this club, you can choose to sit in the downstairs bar with features a smaller dance floor or you can opt to party upstairs with the larger dance floor, mirrored walls and two bars. Both bars are located at either entrance of the club. They also have kitchen and dinning area. This club has a African American crowd with age limits from 21 and up. Security tightly enforced and you have to go through a metal detector to get in the club. Thursdays and Sundays is a more relaxed crowd and the upstairs dance floor is not availble on these days unless the crowd exceeds the downstairs limits.

Ficklin's on Fifth usually carries an older crowd of 35 and older. They do have a kitchen with a great menu. They also have shower singing every Tuesday with DJ Bobby B. which is their most popular night for entertainment. This is a very mature crowd with most of the patrons over 40 everyday except Tuesdays.
Come party with DJ Sam "Master of the Oldies". Come play at the grown folks playground and listen to the sounds from the 70's, 80's and 90's. Got a request? DJ "Sam" will mix it up for you.
Mr. Fickley's
This establishment is very classy. Reminds you of the "old" Crawford Grill in a sense that it has beautiful African Art displayed through out the establishment. This bar caters to an older crowd of 40 and over and has been completely renovated. This bar was formerly known as "Bottoms Up" and have changed the whole entire image, decor and clientele. It is no longer the "whole in the wall" as most once new it to be. You will be completely amazed as you walk in the door. They do have a kitchen with a full scale menu and a dining area located in the rear of the establishment. Happy Hour is from 5pm-7pm with no weekly entertainment as of yet. You will absolutely adore this place. Pleasant atmosphere right in the heart of Uptown with a friendly bar staff. This place is perfect for couples. They are located directly next door to Ace Duece's Lounge.

The New & Improved Flamingo Night Club has been completely renovated through out the whole establishment. Mitchell's usually has a relaxed environment for all ages from 21 and up. They have a dart board and a giant screen televions for all the sports fan out there. It's called Charlies and they are known for their large portions of food and their large subs.
