Dreamz


As I sit & think how life will B with U

I begin 2 understand that love takes 2

I know 2 U I was not tru

This time I know the good N me will shine through

I feel it in the deepest depths of my soul where love first begins 2 grow

My comfort, peace of mind, & feeling of being loved 2 U I owe

It has been raining 4 years now and you’ve been there through the entire storm

I don’t know if U know but love like this is not the norm

They say nothing comes 2 a dreamer but sleep

So I’m going 2 sleep now so I can dream

Do U know the love you’ve given
The road you’ve driven

Do U know the loyalty you’ve shown
The way our friendship has grown

Do U know the respect you’ve gained
The strength you’ve shown 2 help me maintain

Do U know what U mean 2 me
The letters, cards & pictures we will be

Do U know the things you’ve accomplished
The time that has come 2 pass our love still last

Do U know that I’m that man
The one U alwayz think of but never speak about

Do U know how far we’ve come
The situations we’ve been in and we’re still not done

Do U know how much you shine on me
The life I’ll live with U compares 2 being free

Do U know about the depth of my love 4 U
The thoughts and dreamz I hold so close hoping they come true.
